Hong Kong Trail
Eagle-eyed users will notice a discrepancy here. All official data shows the Hong Kong trail is 50kms long. However, most GPS data records it at about 46km. As our Trail Challenger uses actual GPS data, we opted for the latter.
A great trail for new people to hiking. Why? Because its starts on top of the peak! So a lot of the trail is actually downhill. Don't think it's a walk in the park though, there is still 1700m of elevation gain along the way.
The average time on the trail is just shy of 17 hours. For beginners, we recommend doing this over 3 days. However, most people looking for a challenge will do it in two days. All in one day is achievable too....start early!
