Thames Path



Elevation Gain

Even though the Thames Path is over 150 km long, we've chosen a 50 km route for this challenge, that passes through the heart of the city. 

Enjoy Parks, monuments, landmarks, and more while experiencing everything London has to offer. Achieve it in a single day for an extreme challenge or set a long-term goal by finishing it gradually.


This urban trail has minimal elevation gain.

The challenge here will be the distance.

Given that the path is largely flat, you can maintain a fairly consistent pace.


Marathon runners could complete it in approximately 5 hours, but for many of us, it will take 8-12 hours.


Hence, splitting it over 3 days with 4-hour sessions each is optimal.
